You can't call your doll Bert unless you also have an Ernie doll and the doll is a boy. Altough your doll wears blue it looks like a girl doll so you should call it Joey.
Joey is a boys and girls name and your doll looks a little bit of a tomboy so the name will suit her well.

uncle pete your correct the dolly does look like a girl even though it is in blue so lets think of all the unisex names,
if you pick joey then has it got a bouncy personality.
there are names like alex or you could name it after mackie but call it macy
