The Soundtrack to your life

amazing what memories and feelings music evoke listening to a CD in the car today and first off all Silent night took me back to a Christmas Eve on top of a mountain with Ste looking at the stars and a week to the day we got married.  Then to another Christmas when i was in labour with Abigail hearing the same song and the anticipation of the baby to be born.  Then back to when i first held Abigail and all those feelings i had for her.   Then the next song candlelight carol and to our wedding day and those words how do you write down a baby's first cry and back to those first moments when Abigail and Sammy were born.

Then as the song went on to the Christmas story and the wonder and amazement of that first Christmas day.

Sammy didnt want to stay with mummy wanted to go to nannys so a girlly night it is well till bedtime

Abigail been practicing her song for the army when she sang the word joy she asked me if that was Grandma.....

Were all going on a present Hunt

I got Abigail to write ste tag for his present off her and she asked me had i wrapped her presents when i said yes she said she was going on a present hunt.........until i informed her the presents were hidden somewhere else....

And the fact that the presents under her bed are for other people

After last week saying she wanted to see Father Christmas Abigail now dosent as she is frightened but she did watch her message from him and just seeing her face as she watched was amaising.  Then i just ran in to town why ste went to screwfix and both kids came with me and as we were in shopping centre there were elves making ballon sculptures and Abi and Sammy both got wands and then Father christmas was walking round giving out chocolate and at first we had to move away from him cause Abi was frightened then when we came out of a shop and he came upto us abi stayed and said thanks for her chocolate.  She does say she likes him but she is frightened but i just dont want her fear to take away from the magic off christmas
